I would like to remove the feed link from the title as well as the original article link (of course this should only be removed in cases where you own the material being syndicated).

The attached patch adds options for these two features.

Threre was a small typo bug where it would save the settings to remove the original article link, but other than that it looks great. I committed the changes for an updated release. Thanks for the patch!
