I tried to repair it myself but Drupal no likey.

the user account should be "nhod" on drupal.org (where it works fine) and on groups.drupal.org (where it doesn't).

Your drupal.org and groups.drupal.org accounts are on their way to be synched and you should be able to login. Please don't edit your drupal.org account for at least 12 hours so a database synch script can run.
