UI hanging when clicking on the Forum tab of an OG.

Hi,

I added og_forum to an existing og install, create a forum container & name for each OG.
On visiting /forum, all forums are visible and can be posted too..

Now, on visiting an og, it redirect the OG links from en/node/106/og/ to en/node/106/og/forum/, and just hangs there.

On en/node/106/overview there is a view that provides an summary of the og, now there it is somehow redirected to en/node/106/og/forum/, which hangs.
