Block Visibility unable to control from Context perspective!

- Though I have installed JqueryUI,admin-2 ...
but unable to handle the visibility of a block from context-admin section...
even choosing the block it's not saving ... drag to another location(e.g. left to right side-bar ) not working.........
in block configuration it's showing context "No visibility rules have been set for this block using context_ui."...

can any one please tell me where am going wrong!... or it's an issue related to context!
