real media file doesn't play

I just posted this on varesano.net:

I can't get a .rm file to play on a site I'm working on, and it's not working for me here on your site either. I've got RealPlayer 10 installed, using Firefox 1.5.0.7. The player appears on the page and the play button appears to be clickable but nothing happens. Please advise.

Edit: doesn't work in IE either- it searches for a software update and comes back with "there is no software update available from Real to support this content".

Unlike a previously posted issue, whether the file is public or private doesn't make a difference.
