Thought I'd let you know that installing http://drupal.org/project/phpmailer and entering the path the the library works with Sunmailer and is probably an easier option for people on shared hosting or who otherwise might be confused by the phpmailer install instructions.

I already had it installed for another project and it works fine.

Moving to 7.x, Drupal 6 doesn't a good job of handling newly added dependencies when you update modules.

(I would know since I worked on the patch to fix that in Drupal 7.)
