drupal 4.7.3 with latest og modules

i've got roles assigned to my groups, users in the roles, and i've added the users to their groups but they are denied access to their groups.

i'm also using simple access. is there an incompatability with that andn og?

From what I hear, OG doesn't play with other access control mods like simple access because Drupal doesn't allow multiple access control systems (yet).

So no, OG and simple access don't work together.
