I have (from Readme.txt)
1. Installed module
2. Create vocabulary, check "Store geo data for this vocabulary"

I had to do an extra step "Check this box if you want to enable the geotaxonomy processor on this feed on the parent feed and select the vocabulary, I also had to select the Story CCK type for feed items but Feed Element Mapper

the taxonomy is checked for all content types geotaxonomy enabled I have done this before and it would work.
I am trying to map text to term name thus for every single item a warning:

warning: mysqli_real_escape_string() expects parameter 2 to be string, array given in drupal6/includes/database.mysqli.inc on line 323

400 feed items = 400 warnings in red
