Since making the last suite of updates I see that The Admin sidebar and admin_menu no longer have a Site Building option. This being the section with important items like blocks, menus, views, themes, imagecache, etc. It would be great to could get that back.

The settings page for admin is located at admin/settings/admin.

Damn. I had of course looked at that page, but I'd forgotten about the whole rebuild thing. To be clear, for others who might come to this report, what was needed was to rebuild the menus from admin/settings/admin/rebuild
