Views module conflicting JS code

I've noticed a couple issues with Evolution when using the views module.

On the one hand, every time you click a link within a view, it generates a new 'expand menu' link. If you're working through a complex view, this can result in 20+ such links making the admin drop-down completely unusable.

The other thing is certain widgets. I went to add a date filter to my view and the date selector didn't show up.

I'm guessing these are both related to the javascript being used in Evolution. The issue doesn't show up with other themes.
