This module is not really needed. It should be removed. The “webform” module provides functionality that makes this module unnecessary. Additionally, the “webform” module creates better individually customizable forms. More thinking needs to be given when creating modules to avoid duplication of functionality. Please consider replacing this module with “webform”. Gracias.
