Issue Summary
It's really nothing. The default class of "outgoing" stays no matter what.
The main reason for this post is to thank you for making this mod. I've been looking for this just to give a visual distinction on outbound links. Works beautifully!

Thanks for pointing this out. Actually was a bit more complicated bug, fixed now!
