When i opened a discussion with an another user, if i closed the chatpopup, those popup open itself again when i change or reload page.
Is it normal ?
I think no, if you close the popup, you don't want it open again ...

If an chat window closed than is it closed.

An page reload or an visit of a new page open only not closed chat windows.

The check of open chat windows to reopen after reloads or new page loads are session based. (Minimized chat windows are checked cookie based.)

After tests on QTChat to learn about the module administration (for example) or other experiments with the module, it is recommended to delete the sessions in Drupals database session table.

Please recheck the reported problem with the latest dev version from 16.08.2010.

Thats happend because you don't have activated clean urls. Look for the the issue that talk about clean urls. There is the solution.

Unfortunatly the customer who asked me the job using qtchat module stopped his project so i haven't test and work on it since a long time.

I'm not sure of that, but i'm pretty sure that my clean url were enabled when i tested it... but well i don't remember
