$$$ ? Team (sport) participation list

Guys

We are making a website for our our soccer team but we need some specific modules; which we are willing to pay for.
The idea is to have a participation list for every match to be played during the year.

Our requirements:

- The dates of the soccer matches are imported from a database and should them be displayed on a "matches' page (to be built): as one line per match in the form of a html link to the "players list" for that match (bare with me...)
- The players of the team are added by the team capitan, at the beginning of the year, but must editable; as some players leave and other join the team during the course of the yr.

What the user should see and do:

- When a user logs in and goes to the matches page and selects on of the matches (according to the date), he is directed to the list of all his team mates for THAT match.
- The user must the be able to state his participation that day; or not.

BUT... not be able to modify the other players status.
