package name nit

I just noticed the package name in the .info file is spelled "Input Filters" (with a capital "F") which ends up creating another package fieldset in addition to the standard "Input filters" most modules already use. Since, based on what I could tell from the other modules i have installed, sentence case seems to be the standard here I've attached teeny tiny patch to change it.
