Is it necessary to update from 6.17 to 6.18 then to 6.19 or can you update from 6.17 directly to 6.19 since both 6.18 and 6.19 were released on the same day?

In other words, does the 6.19 update contain all updates of 6.18 such that one can bypass the 6.18 update and upgrade from 6.17 directly to 6.19?

When upgrading from one minor release to another, such as from Drupal 6.1 to 6.16, you can jump directly from one minor release to another without installing the releases in between.
