Hallo,
I would like to ask you if there is a way to not show the advanced search terms in the search text box. For example if you search for a word in a specific category then you get a category:#category_number in the text field containing the word or phrase you were looking for. That way it is very easy for the user to enter a different category number and hit search. Could we make these terms not appear at all, or make them appear in a different format under the text field (with their name and not the node number) and not in it?

I'd like to add my support to this. It would be nice for the search-box to just retain the users entered terms and all the advanced settings to remain in amongst all the checkboxes/select boxes.
It reduces the users anxiety when confronted with a box full of things they know they didn't enter and don't understand.
