The suggestions there did not seem to work. What does a template need to work with signwriter? Everything works fine with other templates and even the administration template.

Actually the link above did allow me to get the headers to convert =) Not the menus yet but at least we're headed in the right direction... Let's close this one as fixed for now.

Some other options to try if you can't get this working (I couldn't).
1) Font face module & widget: http://drupal.org/project/typeface
2) CSS @font-face declaration: http://sixrevisions.com/css/font-face-guide/
