Issue Summary
After installing and using Drubuntu, is there any recommended approach to upgrading to a new release of Drubuntu's configuration?

It should be written in such a way that you can simply rerun drubuntu-install to update your configuration - i.e. it will overwrite the old configuration (but only the Drubuntu stuff), making a backup first. Of course, there may be a few areas where it is more complicated than that, or there may be entire sections we want to remove, so if that turns up we may need to introduce some kind of update command/hooks.
