user block in navigation

Hi. I have user albums created as I like under a primary menu using the views from the handbook for grid layout with the path photo_galleries . No problems there. My support request is for the block that is added to the navigation menu which lists all galleries and the users own specific galleries with a path galleries/1 or galleries/2 etc per user created gallerie. This is shown in a table format , and I would like it as a fluid grid format - same as I have for the photo_galleries page, but I cant figure out how to alter the view of that nav menu generated page.
Any help would be appreciated.
