I tried to create a node on one domain that is *not* visible on the current domain as admin. The node was created but the view page returned an access denied message. The node is not visible anywhere in the content list. If I switch to the domain the node is visible on, everything is fine. I think that the correct behavior is to take into account the "Enforce rules on administrators" setting in the domain module.
