If a key of "0" is set as the default value, it is not saved. This problem exhibits itself when creating Webform select list without custom keys and setting the first option to be the default. May be a bug in the Webform implementation, but it seems like it's coming from Select Options Element.

This was actually a bug in Webform. See #885454: First item of select lists selected as default if no default is set.
