Jquery 1.0.2 has been released.

This is a bug fix release and since Drupal 5.0 is shipping with Jquery 1.0.x, might as well ship with the latest, most stable release.

No patch attached. Just need to incorporate the 1.0.2 JS file into Drupal core.

Title: add in Jquery 1.0.2 » add in jQuery 1.0.2

Everyone needs to work on proper titling. It's "Drupal" not "drupal", "jQuery" not "Jquery", and "MySQL", not "mySQL" or any of the other thousand bastardizations. There's no excuse.

Due to a minor API change in jQuery 1.0.2 (which was not supposed to be there), the other .js files needed to be tweaked as well. The Changelog needs to be updated as well.
