Or, you can use use Page Manager / Panels and do a little drag and drop and voila. :)

i like panels, but it doesn't fit with the rest of the block styles on my site.

You do know panels is just like a skeleton layout and you can style it however you like, right? :)

Michelle, kind of. I just figured out you can choose System Block in the style setting and it will use that header style.
What I meant was, for example, I'm using the feverultra theme, and when I use panels, the blocks don't look the same in the panel as if I put them directly into a region. If I choose System Block, though, the header-title will look nice, but it doesn't get the full block effect, like a different background.
Hope that makes sense

I'd take a look at it in Firebug and see what CSS isn't getting applied. I don't use system blocks much and use Skinr when I do but I thought they just displayed like normal.
