Is it possible to make it so that you can assign user terms to people who has a specific role. I have different user types (roles) on a site and I would like to only have certain users assigned a term from a vocabulary.

We could add a 'receive user terms' permission.

The patch at #734666: Permissions management needs to be completed and committed first; hence marking this as postponed.

I don't have much free time to work on this module, so anything you can do with working on or testing patches will help move this along more quickly.
