Subscribe to Feed Within User Profile and Registration

Issue Summary

1. When a user signs up on a site via the registration process, present a checkbox (optionally defaulted to checked) so that they can subscribe to a Feedburner feed.

2. Allow users to change their subscription options to Feedburner feeds within the User Profile.
