Frank Sinatra – Strangers in the Night

Let me apologize in advance for being a very inexperienced user. Can someone explain to me how I can remove the avatar from my blog block as well as explain to me how to re-size the avatar. Currently, it's humongous! If you want to see what I'm talking about, go to www.goinlupi.com/blog. It stacks up along the right of the box and looks awful. Please explain as though you were talking to someone who is clueless -- because you are indeed talking to someone who is clueless.
Thank you.

That way, when they upload big pictures, a small version will be created as well. And then you can tell your blog content type to use the sized image.

Or, you could use
