The 7.x.1.x branch can now be considered stable.
- Implemented hook_permission... the qTip config page is now available to administrators.
- Implemented hook_library... the module can now be configured to now load the qTip library on every page request (via the module's config page). This means that developers can now load it as needed using drupal_add_library('qtip', 'qtip') in their modules or themes.
- Issue #1211690 by Pixopat: Fixes a small bug using qtip for displaying my webforms descriptions.
- Updated qTip library.
