Add the current skin as a class to each cycle

If you have multiple cycles on a single page, theming becomes difficult as the cycle doesn't have any classes indicating what skin is in use. The attached patch adds the skin name (replacing underscores with dashes) to the outermost <div>, so that multiple cycle CSS can be on a single page.

The default CSS for included skins should probably be updated as well.
