Reg with pic asks picture on user edit form

I found this one on the latest dev (2010-Aug-18).
When editing own user profile without attaching a new picture in the "upload picture" field, upon submission I get the error:
You must select a picture.
which is generated by reg_with_pic.module user validation hook

I would expect that the module only validates registration form.
