Hello,

The title or the initial part of the RSS entry for each comment should contain the title (and link) to the parent node, so that people know what the comment is about.

Agreed - on a busy site, the comments feed is near useless. An item title like: "Username comments on Node Title: Comment Title" would be really helpful.

This issue does not appear to exist anymore. Comment entries contain a valid link to the source node and the author name is provided in the creator element. It is up to the aggregator (e.g., RSS reader) to make use of those.
