Change filter weight so that Path Filter is processed before the HTML Filter

The HTML Filter strips out the "internal:" string, so the Path Filter must be set to run before it.

Can this weight be set automatically to something like -1 ? (HTML Filter has a weight of 0). If not, perhaps a note should be added to the installation instructions. I have just spent an embarrassingly long time trying to debug the code before the penny dropped and I stumpled on the filter order web page (but on the up side, I now know a lot more about preg_replace).
