Issue Summary
Hello,
I was wondering if HTML mail can be sent using Mime Mail with the Mail Editor module?
If not, I would like to kindly request to allow all HTML in the mail templates of Mail Editor with Mime Mail.
The mail edit module lets you edit all email body and subject of all emails that go out from your site to your users through Drupal's drupal_mail function. You are able to edit any email body text based on which email it is and which language it is being sent for. you may use token variables in your template to better customize dynamic email text.
You may enable drupal core 'locale' module in drupal 6 version to enable multi-lingual email template translation. by default only English is available.I hope someone that is familiar in this area may be able to help.
Thank you!

You just have to enable Mime Mail for all messages, so the emails that go out through
drupal_mail()will be sent by Mime Mail.#2
Bumping this issue to Mail Editor's queue.

I'm using Mail Editor and Mime Mail module on my current site.
Most the time the emails in html work, but sometimes the email are not in html and shows all the tags.
This happens to the same email template but different time / users.
Is there a chance of some compatibility issue?
Or some time that the order of things being run messed up so the email body is not converted into html?
Thank you!

Could it be that it works with some email clients but not with others?
This would mean that the mails are not formatted 100% correctly.
I doubt that this could vary over time.

Curious what the state of this is. I cannot get HTML to send in the email no matter what I do, with Mime Mail and Mail Template. Is there a way to send these as HTML?

Since no one has cared to provide any useful feedback, we're not making any progress in that area.
#7
So it is completely impossible to send HTML mail with the module?

I have no idea. I'd need someone who is actually interested in helping to get it to work. This means investing time and effort...
Oops, this is marked for D6?! Some people have reported some success with D6 here in the queue, but I won't spend any effort on D6 anymore.
The chances for D7 are intact, but as I said, I'll need some dedicated testers.
