PHP Fatal error on running cron

i updated a drupal installation from 5 to 6. following necessary steps like disabling module and among others. things seems working find, except running the "cron" job will return an error:

[Fri Aug 20 17:22:34 2010] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function boost_cache_expire() in G:\\WWWroot\\local-sunstar\\includes\\common.inc(1693): eval()'d code on line 9.

i even try enabling and disabling the module but still the error occur.

can anyone please share some idea how am i going to solve this issue?
