Per the conversation on the devel thread, I'm creating new latest releases of several modules.

Changes since DRUPAL-5--1-2:

  • #169593 - give the admin some control over the display of the pager at the top and/or bottom
  • #208301 - fix query when DISTINCT is used (which also adds a GROUP BY clause) - this is really a hack, and won't work with subqueries, a better regex fix is still needed
  • remove some use of variables and store data in our own table
