This feature seems only available to the administrator.
Other users can only use the inline editor area regardless the CKeditor appearance settings.
I use only one profile and the permissions are granted.

Any idea?

Pls give more info about that and update to new version of CKEditor module and plugin.

Now i closed it, because this issue is inactive over 1 month. Pls reopen it if u want to give us more information.
