When adding a new block to the dashboard page, it took a while to figure out the difference between the Description and Title, and unlike other forms in MN, help text does not display when hovering over the inputs. It might be nice to clarify this in the interface.

As far as I can tell, the description only displays in the handle when moving or removing blocks, while the title displays as the actual block title.

Yeah, that's a source of confusion and has everything to do with how Drupal handles blocks. I have spoken about this to the Boxes maintainer, who basically gave me a 'won't fix' verbally.
