Hi,
we are an LGBT youth group from Belgium. We are making a new website in Drupal, but don't have experience in making a theme for Drupal. Therefor we are looking for someone who is interested in making a theme for a youth group. As we have low finances (supported by local government), we look for a cheap or free designer.
