Patch upload can fail (The file contents (text/plain charset=us-ascii) do not match its extension (patch).) on Linux when mimedetect is enabled. Maybe this should be mentioned in readme. After disabling mimedetect the patch is uploaded successfully and displayed as "text/x-diff".

I should maybe add that my MimeDetect module is using PHP's fileinfo extension to detect MIME types, and it has no settings...
