Ubercart... Pending sales and then charging later.

We are using Drupal 6/ Ubercart 2.4 with Paypal Payflow Pro for a "GroupOn-style" website where deals are "tipped."

Currently people checkout and their credit card is charged immediately. We would like to charge people's cards only once the deal is valid and has tipped.

We need help to make sure we are going about this correctly.

be careful, this may well require you to temporarily store card details on your system which could cause all sorts of legal probs. . . .

thank you for your reply mike .. but we need some kind of escrow system for ubercart, or at least an online banking like paypal that could do that

we are close with http://drupal.org/project/adaptive_payments but is not complete

this would be similar to crowdsourcing systems which i think would be wonderful for funding
