Charts Activado
You have both Charts and Graphs and Charts installed. Unless you have different modules that require both the Charts and Graphs module and the Charts module one of them should be uninstalled. A common module that requires Charts and Graphs is the Views Charts module so if you use the later, you need the first. If you don't want this warning to be shown any more, please set the proper option at Charts and Graphs settings page.

=> The problem is that they both do nice things that the other doesn't. I don't know either; can't you work together and make one single module that does it all?

Some very nice graphics with bench Charts and Bench Charts Helper modules are not possible with Charts & Graphs ..!

I believe we have two different issues here:

  1. the requirement error message about both Charts and Graphs and Charts being installed together and
  2. the suggestion for integrating both modules in one

About the first issue, you can disable the error message as the error message states. This way there won't be any annoyance having both modules installed.

About the second issue, I agree that it would be really nice to have one stronger option for charting in Drupal. I have not pursued this goal yet with other module developers as right now I don't have time to invest in this task.
