Some people may be working in a particular environment where only a limited number of people will be viewing the videos with known browser capabilities.

In cases where all known users will be capable of viewing either mp4 or ogg, it would be useful to only require one or the other rather than both.

This seems like it might be useful to add to the module settings, as most implementations will require both formats.

Also - since they're CCK fields you can change whether the video fields are required or not.
