Hi,
I'm implementing invite on a site with LT and it seems to bust because LT takes over the submit $op on user registration and calls a redirect before the rest of the hooks get fired (namely insert which invite uses).
Any suggested workarounds?

creatorsdream commentedI've verified that this is in fact a bug. I'm not a programmer so I have no workaround except that I deactivated the invite module. The bug causes initial users getting accounts to receive an error message. Then they go no further. I've lost quite a few new registered users due to this problem.

Nick Wilson commentedHi, unfortunately Im only caretaking this module, so this wont be done any time soon. If anyone would like to submit a patch against the current STABLE version though, i'l lbe heppy to implement it.
I've marked this as feature request as the fact that it doesnt work with another module is not really a bug unless that module is part of the core system.

sja1 commentedI'm using Invite w/ Login Toboggan and haven't found this problem. I have logintoboggan set for dual email and password fields on registration, but automatic login is turned off. Perhaps the bug occurs only when LT is configured a certain way. If both of you could detail how you've set the LT settings it might make it easier for more people to reproduce. Also, if by chance you're not on the latest versions of both modules, perhaps it's something that has been resolved in more recent versions.
