we are an LGBT youth organization from Belgium. We are making a new website in Drupal and would like to have a young and fresh theme for our site. Unfortunately, we don't have any experience in making such a theme. Therefore we are looking for someone to make one.
We prefer a brand new theme for our site, but changes to existing themes are possible too, as long as you own the rights of that theme.

As we do not have any experience in "outsourcing" jobs like this one, we ask you to specify the information you need the make an interesting quote. Please mind that a small youth organization like ours, doesn't have much budget and it is best only to contact us if you think our budget will fit in your price. We don't like to disappoint anyone.
