Drupal taxonomies cause duplicate urls in Page title

Hi I have a issue with duplicate urls in taxonomy pages. In google webmaster tools it shows errors because like the example bellow all taxonomy pages have the same page title

For instance:

/city/dubai - Title is - Dubai
/city/dubai?page=12 - Title is - Dubai
/city/dubai?page=23 - Title is - Dubai
/city/dubai?page=34 - Title is - Dubai
/city/dubai?page=6 - Title is - Dubai

So my question is there any possible way to make the page titles do for instance:

For instance:

/city/dubai - Title is - Dubai
/city/dubai?page=12 - Title is - Dubai page 12
/city/dubai?page=23 - Title is - Dubai page 23
/city/dubai?page=34 - Title is - Dubai page 34
/city/dubai?page=6 - Title is - Dubai page 6

As this will resolve the issue taxonomy creates on webmaster tools.

I've tried a few modules but i cant find one that fix the issue
I've also tried - Page Title and Taxonomy title.

Please help
