As the title says outlined image nodes won't be exported for some reason. I don't think it is desirabele to not export image nodes but I wasn't able to find any code that restricts image nodes from being exported. Can anybody confirm this bug? Does somebody know why this is so?

What does "outlined image nodes" mean?

I take this to mean "image nodes which have been placed into the book outline" which I think is reasonable.
I haven't tested to confirm, but I can imagine how this would be the case. I'm not sure if/when I'll have time to tackle this, but it's a good point.
Another possible option will be to use something like the outline module as the base rather than the book module.
