Hey there,
I don't know if it's possible to do something like this but wouldn't it be very helpfull to have an additional button which opens a Popup where you can choose a node from the content you have in your drupal site (filtered by node type etc.) and then adds a link to it using either the node title or a custom link title.
Since my knowledge of jscript isn't good enough I don't know if its possible to run DB requests via jscript etc. but I'd really appreciate this feature for TinyMCE & Drupal because it would help users who aren't familiar to the node system of Drupal to enter site-intern links in a simple way.
