Please, explain how this module is configured and used. I would expect by adding results of checksum comparisons to:
admin/reports/updates
or else (less logical):
admin/build/modules

We will be working on update documentation.

Once you upload the module and enable it will start monitoring your modules for changes.

D7 & D6 - Alerts will show in Recent log entries: /admin/reports/dblog

So, till now there are no user interface to configure this module, and it is not require for any configuration. Right?

@Sandip you are correct no configuration is needed just enable the module. Version 2 I am trying to finish in next few months that will have configuration options to include/exclude directories.

@selinav currently when files are modified it will register a watchdog msg on what files have changed.
