I run article revenue sharing site but I do not make use of Adsense module for this purpose. Instead I make use of some third party service which tracks and credits the members of my site through paypal, check etc.
As I just can't rely on third party site for long, so I need my own module for this purpose which is needed to be developed from scratch. So I am discussing its scope below:
SCOPE:
Creating a module which will help me share advertising revenue with the members.
I am not looking for adsense revenue sharing module. Instead it should work on CPM basis.
It should have an ability to work on the basis of CPM (cost per thousand views) i.e. if I fix a CPM to be $3.00 then the member should get credited $0.003 for every view that his article(s) generates.
Moreover, it should work with codes from various advertisers not just Adsense alone.
The module should display the reports such as number of visits, earnings etc in the user dashboard and also in admin dashboard. There should be a minimum payout level of $5.00. Once the user reaches that payout level, he/she can ask me for the payments through Paypal.
Budget: $350
All the rights of the module will be retained by me. However I promise to give back this module to the drupal community after a period of one year. (it should be exclusive to me for first year)

As it had been two years since you asked for this module, I guess that you might have got it and used it for 1 year. Can you now think of sharing it with the drupal community? If you have already done that, can you please tell me the name of the module?
