* Removed a debug comment #891114: simplemenu always changes css and js query strings resulting in huge bandwidth overhead
* Set imce* as a default page where the Simplemenu should not appear.
* Added support for inactive menu for when the theme() is not called.
* Extended the Allow Simplemenu to call the theme() function description to mention the fact that SimpleMenu Inactive Parent Menu requires theme().
* Adding a vertical theme stuck in the top-left corner.
* Removed a few useless spaces from CSS file.
* Removed many spaces from the .js file.
